This carousel inherits the design language of traditional European royal carousels. All outer eaves and surrounding decorative screens are made of high-quality gel-coat FRP with fine surface finish, scratch resistance and outdoor weather-aging resistance, matched with integrated FRP ceiling for stable structural performance. The whole set adopts warm-yellow main lighting to deliver soft vintage luminous effect, while the top is fitted with multi-mode RGB rotating top sphere to realize diversified light-changing effects, presenting different visual experience under daytime and night-time conditions. Delicate embossed decorative patterns are distributed on screens and eave panels, highlighting classical European aesthetic features. It can be deployed in fixed theme scenic spots, municipal commercial plazas and also fits mobile carnival scenarios.
The complete set consists of gel-coat FRP eaves & screens, FRP ceiling, vertical support columns, rotary platform, 16 hand-crafted riding horse seats, central load-bearing column, heavy-duty integrated base chassis, electric control cabinet, warm-yellow lighting assembly, multi-mode RGB rotating top sphere, solid rubber moving tires, frequency-conversion drive unit, wireless remote-control system and decorative panels. The site layout is divided into two functional zones: central rotary riding area and peripheral safety buffer zone.
- Central Rotary Riding Zone: 16 horse seats are evenly arranged on the rotary platform. The frequency-conversion drive system ensures smooth and stable rotation without sharp jitter. All exposed edges of FRP parts and metal components are fully rounded-off to eliminate potential collision risks. The open-style surrounding structure enables supervisors to observe all riders conveniently, satisfying riding experience of children and teenagers aged 2-14.
- Peripheral Safety Buffer Zone: A minimum 1.5 m wide safety isolation buffer shall be reserved outward surrounding the whole equipment for passenger boarding, alighting and pedestrian passage, preventing visitors from getting close to moving components. The buffer area shall be paved with safety flooring material to reduce injury risk upon accidental fall.
Combined application of warm-yellow perimeter lamp belts and RGB rotating top sphere greatly improves night-time visual performance of the facility, extends effective operating hours of venues and enhances overall commercial value of amusement sites.

The carousel adopts standard 380V industrial power input, which is widely compatible with power supply conditions of scenic spots, commercial plazas and large-scale event venues. The heavy-duty integrated base chassis is equipped with wear-resistant solid rubber tires. The whole unit can be hoisted for short-distance relocation, or disassembled into modular components for container shipment for cross-border transportation, meeting the operation requirements of seasonal scenic projects and mobile traveling carnivals.
The main load-bearing frame is constructed with thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel, processed with electrostatic spray surface treatment for outdoor anti-corrosion and rust-proof performance, adapting to long-term outdoor operating environment. FRP components adopt high-performance gel-coat layer, resisting ultraviolet radiation, discoloration and aging. All fasteners adopt anti-rust high-strength fasteners. Equipped with silent frequency converter, high-performance built-in music player and long-distance wireless remote controller, operators can complete start-stop, speed adjustment and mode switching on site. The running noise is kept within reasonable range. Multi-level overload and emergency stop protection functions are built in the control system to cope with abnormal operating conditions.
