The 24-Seat Luxury Gel-coat Carousel is a large commercial electric amusement ride designed for large scenic areas, cultural tourism towns, comprehensive shopping plazas, theme parks and large-scale amusement parks. The diameter of the equipment is 8 meters, powered by 380V industrial electricity. The eaves and decorative screens are made of high-quality gel-coat FRP, equipped with full-color RGB lighting system and ball bulb lights on the eaves. This unit comes with one moon carriage and one double-row seat carriage. It is equipped with frequency converter, wear-resistant solid rubber tires and wireless remote control system to realize stepless speed regulation. The whole machine supports customized color matching and decorative patterns. Suitable for visitors aged 2-14, all structural and electrical components meet international standards including CE, EN1176, TUV, SGS, ASTM and ISO9001. With large passenger capacity, rich lighting effects and modular detachable structure, it is suitable for fixed high-traffic venues and large mobile amusement events.
Castle-style Luxury Appearance, Rich RGB Lighting Effects
The carousel adopts elegant castle modeling design, the eaves and surrounding decorative screens are high-gloss gel-coat FRP with smooth surface, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and anti-fading. The eaves are fitted with ball bulb lights, matched with full-color RGB integrated lighting system, which can switch various dynamic light modes. The night scene has strong visual impact, effectively attracting parent-child passenger flow.
Different from small-sized carousels, this model is equipped with special carriages: one moon carriage and one double-row seat carriage, enriching riding choices and improving the experience of families and couples.
The whole set includes gel-coat FRP eaves and screens, support columns, rotary platform, 24 riding seats, moon carriage, double-row seat carriage, central load-bearing column, heavy-duty base chassis, control cabinet, full-color RGB lighting assembly, eaves ball bulb lights, solid rubber tires, frequency converter and wireless remote controller. The site is divided into two functional areas:
- Central Rotary Riding Zone: 24 seats are evenly distributed on the rotary platform, including conventional horse seats and two special carriages. The frequency conversion system achieves soft start and soft stop, all edges of FRP and metal parts are rounded to avoid collision risks.
- Peripheral Safety Buffer Zone: A safety buffer of no less than 1.5m shall be reserved around the equipment for passenger queuing and passage, and EPDM safety ground mat is recommended to be laid.
380V Industrial Power & Solid Tire Mobile Chassis, Suitable for Fixed and Mobile Operation
The equipment adopts standard 380V industrial power supply, which matches the power configuration of large scenic spots and commercial complexes. The integrated chassis is equipped with inflation-free solid rubber tires, which can be hoisted for short-distance transfer, and can also be split into modular parts for container transportation, meeting the operation demands of large seasonal activities and touring carnivals.
The main load-bearing frame is thickened hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with electrostatic anti-rust powder spraying. All hardware fasteners are 304 stainless steel anti-theft screws. Equipped with silent frequency converter and long-distance wireless remote controller, operators can remotely control start-stop, speed adjustment and light mode switching. Different core components enjoy graded 1-3 years after-sales warranty to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
