The outer dimension is Φ5.3m×6.5m, fence diameter Φ7m, maximum passenger capacity 16 people. Standard power supply AC380V, total power 3KW, and 220V power supply is available for customized order. Adopting classic European castle palace modeling, rich three-dimensional carving and gorgeous decorative lighting, it delivers strong visual impact. Equipped with frequency conversion control system, stable and low-noise operation. The carousel features exquisite European castle palace design, matched with multi-spire roof structure, embossed golden decorative frames and landscape painting decorative panels. Outline lamp strings are arranged along the eaves to create gorgeous night scene lighting effect. The riding seats adopt diversified modeling including classic carousel horses, hot air balloon carriage and vintage train carriage to enrich riding experience. All decorative parts are made of high-gloss gel-coat FRP, anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and easy to maintain. The elegant retro palace style perfectly matches the landscape style of scenic spots, cultural tourism towns and commercial blocks, effectively boosting passenger flow.
The complete set consists of palace-style roof, support columns, rotary platform, 16 riding seats, central decorative assembly, heavy-duty base chassis, control cabinet, decorative lighting system, safety fence, frequency converter and operation console. The site is divided into two functional zones:
- Central Rotary Riding Zone: 16 seats evenly distributed on the rotary platform. The frequency conversion system supports soft start and soft stop. All exposed edges of FRP and metal components are rounded to avoid collision risks.
- Peripheral Safety Buffer Zone: A safety buffer of no less than 1.5m shall be reserved outside the safety fence for passenger queuing and access. Laying EPDM safety flooring is recommended for indoor venues.
Flexible Power Supply Options, Stable Frequency Conversion Drive
The equipment is equipped with standard AC380V power supply, total power 3KW. Customized AC220V power supply is optional to meet the power configuration requirements of shopping malls, community plazas and various scenic venues. The main load-bearing frame adopts thickened hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with electrostatic anti-rust powder coating. All hardware fasteners adopt 304 stainless steel anti-theft screws. Silent frequency converter ensures stable rotating speed and low operating noise, satisfying indoor and outdoor operation requirements.
