The 16-Seat Luxury Gel-coat Carousel(Blue-Gold Version) is a high-end commercial electric amusement facility designed for scenic resorts, cultural-tourism towns, large-scale shopping-mall plazas, theme parks and fixed amusement parks. Its eaves and screens adopt gel-coat FRP material, with independent FRP ceiling structure. It is fitted with bulb lamps on eaves, acrylic luminous lettering and multi-mode RGB rotating top ball, full-color RGB integrated lighting system delivers rich night-scene effects. Equipped with frequency converter, solid rubber movable tires and wireless remote-control system. The diameter of main body is 6 m, powered by 380V, suitable for guests aged 2-14. Classic Blue–Gold Luxury Styling, Rich Multi–mode Lighting System
This carousel adopts classic blue-gold luxury appearance. The eaves and surrounding screens are high-quality gel-coat FRP, and the inner ceiling is also made of integral FRP. Bulb lamps are arranged around eaves, matched with acrylic luminous lettering; the top ball supports multi-mode RGB rotation control. Equipped with full-color RGB overall lighting system, operators can switch multiple light-show modes, creating brilliant visual effects at night, improving venue attractiveness and extending business hours. It is widely deployed in scenic spots, theme parks and large commercial plazas.
The full set includes gel-coat FRP eaves & screens, integral FRP ceiling, bulb lamp assembly, acrylic luminous lettering, RGB multi-mode rotating top ball, rotary platform, 16 horse riding seats, central support column, heavy-duty base chassis, control cabinet, full-color RGB lighting group, solid rubber tires, frequency-conversion remote-control system. The site is divided into two core areas:
- Central Rotation Riding Zone: 16 horse seats are evenly distributed on rotary platform. The frequency-conversion drive realizes soft start, stepless speed adjustment and gentle stop. All metal edges are rounded to prevent collision injury. Open-style fence design allows supervisors to observe riders without visual blind spots, suitable for visitors aged 2-14.
- Peripheral Waiting & Safety Buffer Zone: A safety buffer of no less than 1.5 m should be reserved around the whole carousel for queuing and accompanying rest, so as to avoid crowd congestion during passenger peak.
Full-color RGB lighting, eaves bulb lamps, acrylic luminous characters and multi-mode rotating RGB top ball work together to form multi-level night-view lighting effect.
380V Power Supply & Solid–tire Movable Chassis, Dual–purpose for Fixed and Mobile Operation
This equipment uses 380V industrial power supply, adapting to power supply conditions of scenic spots, large shopping malls and theme parks. The base chassis is installed with wear-resistant solid rubber tires without inflation. The whole machine can be hoisted for integral relocation, or disassembled into modular components for container sea shipment, satisfying the needs of fixed-site long-term operation and mobile carnival frequent transfer.
The main bearing framework is thickened hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with electrostatic anti-rust powder-spray treatment. Eaves, screens, ceiling and horse seats are gel-coat FRP, which features smooth surface, weather resistance and anti-aging performance. All fasteners adopt 304 stainless steel anti-theft screws. With industrial frequency converter and wireless remote-controller, the equipment runs stably and low-noised; operators can complete remote start-stop and speed adjustment, avoiding sharp acceleration and emergency braking to guarantee comfortable riding experience. Different components enjoy graded 1-3-year warranty to cut down long-time operating maintenance cost.

Riding area and waiting buffer area are reasonably separated to prevent flow interference during peak passenger flow.
