The 16-Seat Starry-Sky Carousel is a medium-sized commercial electric amusement ride developed for global scenic spots, cultural-tourism parks, shopping-mall plazas, commercial pedestrian streets and mobile traveling carnival projects. It features star-themed decorative eaves and surrounding screens made of FRP with adhesive tape decoration, equipped with 16 spotted horse-shape FRP riding seats. The lighting system supports customized color configuration, and it is fitted with industrial frequency-conversion drive system, solid rubber movable tires and wireless remote-control unit. The overall dimension, decorative patterns and lighting scheme can be fully customized according to project requirements. Suitable for visitors aged 2-14, the equipment adopts 380V power supply. Star–themed Appearance Design, Distinct Day–night Visual Performance
This carousel adopts exclusive star-sky theme styling. Eaves and surrounding screens are constructed of FRP with star-pattern adhesive tape decoration, while riding horses are decorated with spotted adhesive tape. It presents fresh blue-white tone under daylight; after nightfall, the customizable lighting system provides various light-color options to create gorgeous night-scene effect.
The complete set consists of FRP star-decorated eaves, FRP surrounding screens, support columns, rotary platform, 16 spotted-pattern horse seats, central column, heavy-duty base chassis, control cabinet, adjustable-color lighting assembly, solid rubber tires and frequency-conversion remote-control system. The site contains two functional zones:
- Central Rotary Riding Zone: 16 spotted horse seats are evenly arranged on rotary platform. The frequency-conversion system realizes soft start, stepless speed regulation and gentle stop. All edges are fully rounded to avoid collision risk. Open-style peripheral structure enables guardians to watch children without visual blind spots, applicable for visitors from 2-14 years old.
- Peripheral Waiting & Buffer Zone: A safety buffer of no less than 1.5 m shall be reserved around the whole unit for passenger queuing and accompanying rest, preventing crowd congestion in peak-flow periods.

The integrated chassis is equipped with wear-resistant inflation-free solid rubber tires. Main load-bearing frame is thickened hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with electrostatic anti-rust powder-spray finishing. Eaves, screens and horse seats are high-density waterproof FRP with decorative adhesive-tape surface treatment. All metal edges are rounded-off to eliminate scratch hazard. Equipped with industrial frequency converter and wireless remote controller, the unit runs stably with low noise.
